A ground floor holiday apartment that sleeps 4 (5 on request), the accommodation consists of a double room, en-suite shower room, twin room with bunk beds, master bathroom and open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area (sofa bed available on request at time of booking). Modern furnishings throughout provide a warm feel and the comfortable accommodation is ideal for couples, families or friends; you’ll find those little touches to make your stay as relaxing as possible: free wifi, combined 32 inch Smart television/DVD player, Sky Q, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, books, board games and DVDs are all provided.

We also understand that you want your holiday to be as enjoyable as possible from the moment you book your stay, which is why all the bed-linen, towels, tea towels and electricity (no coin/key meter) and heating are all included in the booking rate.

Parking…. 

There are no parking permits or time restrictions on Llewelyn Avenue however if you would prefer to park up off the street, the nearest pay & display car park is only a short walk away.

The location.…

The apartment is in a quiet residential area in the seaside town of Llandudno on the beautiful North Wales coast, within walking distance of Llandudno’s north shore promenade and Victorian Pier, the theatre, a variety of local restaurants, cafes and high street shops a short stroll away. If you are feeling energetic, head up the Great Orme to discover magnificent views of the coast, Anglesey & beyond, however if the walk up is a bit too much, you can always take the tram or cable car!

The medieval walled town of Conwy is only 4 miles away and the apartment makes a great base to explore the North Wales coast, with the Isle of Anglesey and the stunning Snowdonia National Park on the doorstep.
