A number of recent guests have booked a stay at the apartment to use it as a base for exploring the wider area, we’ve compiled a list of some of the popular adventure attractions in the wider area.

All of the attractions listed below are less than an hours drive from Llandudno and just a bit further afield is Snowdon for those that fancy a walk up or train ride to the summit.

Surf Snowdonia:- If you’re an experienced surfer or always had ambitions to catch a wave or two but need a lesson then drive out to Dolgarrog to the world’s first indoor surf lagoon. Learn to surf at the Surf Academy, experience the Wipeout style ‘crash & splash lagoon’ & be catapulted through the air on the Blob. There’s also a children’s soft play area for younger children to run off some energy.

Go Below:- Explore disused mines by zip lining through caverns, abseiling & more whilst being guided by instructors.

Zip World:– Not for the faint hearted! Experience riding on the UK’s 1st ‘Alpine Coaster’ as you dart through the trees, or experience trampolining on a grand scale at Bounce Below in the old Llechwedd mines. Not thrilling enough? Then experience flying on the famous Zip lines, Velocity and Titan.

Mountain Biking:- North Wales has many great mountain bike trails to explore the stunning scenery, the apartment is a great base for heading out to the famous Penmachno mountain bike trail or the 25km Gwydir Mawr trail near Llanrwst.

Rib Ride:- Explore Anglesey by boat, enjoy an exhilarating ride through the infamous Swellies at speed and under the bridges with an experienced guide.

As you can see, the local area has a lot to offer for thrill seekers and Llandudno is the ideal town to unwind of an evening after a busy day.
