Whilst it’s fair to say we have received many positive reviews since opening our doors to guests this year, which we are naturally delighted with, it’s also a good idea to try and gain some feedback from guests, specifically areas that we can improve upon.
Over the past couple of weeks we’ve left feedback forms in the welcome folder for guests to fill out at the end of their stay, the responses so far have been positive with suggestions such as installing a shower attachment over the bath (already on the jobs list for the winter months) and more detailed recycling instructions.
Our guests have been satisfied with the cleanliness & with the facilities on offer at the apartment such as WiFi, SKY television, tumble dryer, dvd’s and board games etc. Guests have appreciated the tea, coffee, sugar & milk left for them on arrival and the comprehensive welcome folder, which has now been updated to include more detailed recycling instructions.
All in all we’re most pleased with the feedback & positive reviews that have been left by our guests this year and look forward to welcoming them back in the future.
